About
A small team that builds things and sells them.
Gadish Lab is an independent e-commerce company based in Lithuania. We started in 2026 with one product line and our own online stores in three EU markets.
What we do
We design products ourselves and work with manufacturing partners in Europe to make them. Then we sell them directly to customers through our own online stores. We are now opening wholesale to retailers who want to stock them.
We built the operations around this ourselves: the stores, payments, delivery, reporting and the automations that hold it together. It keeps the team small and lets us move quickly from an idea to a product on the market.
Three rules we build by
The 3 in our logo stands for these.
Don't overthink it.
A product on the market teaches us more than a plan on paper.
Show up.
Every day, every order, every message. Steady work beats big promises.
Trust the process.
We test, learn and adjust. One result never decides the direction.
